Minimum rental charge is 24 hours.

5% Discount on cash payment.

Rates include Maintenance, Oil, Unlimited Kilometers and Insurance.

Rates exclude damage, fuel and vehicle recovery costs.

Additional fee of N$ 10-00/day/driver for any nominated additional drivers.

Additional charges and conditions are applicable for rentals outside of Namibia.

All rentals are pre-payable before commencement of rental.

We accept American Express, Diners Club, Master and Visa Credit cards.

We accept British Pounds, US Dollars, Euro, South African Rand and Namibian Dollars.

0-14 Days prior to arrival: 100% of the total cost of the total rental amount applicable if vehicle is cancelled/not collected.

15-30 Days prior to arrival: 75% of the total cost of the total rental amount applicable if vehicle is cancelled/not collected.

31-45 Days prior to arrival: 50% of the total cost of the total rental amount applicable if vehicle is cancelled/not collected.

46 Days prior to arrival and earlier: 20% deposit is forfeited.

Rental extensions must be made 48 hours prior to agreed date of termination.

Right is reserved by Camel Car Hire to cancel Rental Agreement within 48 hours of termination or completion of the Rental Agreement.
